We Offer excellent support and have an online members lounge that you can join to access further information on Health and Fitness, there you will find specialists in the areas of Chiropractic, Nutrition, Health & Beauty, Training, supplementation, Recipes and much more, here you will be able to ask questions on the forum (coming soon) and have direct contact with a specialist in each of these area's. The Members Lounge is an excellent recourse center. Train in our fully equipped, air-conditioned studio 1 on 1 or with friends and family in groups of up to 3 per training session.

The studio has bathroom/shower facilities, perfect for early morning and lunch time training.... No excuses not to work out! Online training is also available for those who already have a gym membership but would like to have their training and Nutritional Program individually designed along with weekly body fat/lean muscle calculations to keep you on track and focused.
