Live It Up Personal Fitness has been operating for 8 years (6 years formerly as "All Over Fitness"). Our trainers are Diploma of Fitness Qualified and are all Fitness Australia Registered. We provide one on one, pairs and group Personal Training. Live It Up conduct awesome Boxing for Fitness classes(Boxing Accredited). We also have a fully qualified Massage Therapist available to clients. Live It Up Personal Trainers are always continuing their exercise and fitness education, so that we can provide the latest research and information to your sessions. We listen to your GOALS and, combined with your NEEDS, will see you confidently get the RESULTS you want.
