With the majority of these being between birds and fish, on top of an extraordinary amount of fauna and flora in the area, Noosa is justifiably one of the most diverse National Parks in the area. In the river catchment of the Noosa park, rain falls and helps to promote all of the wildlife there. The climate and the terrain is incredibly diverse and varied, so it is no wonder that there is a great deal of wildlife.

Most notably, the Noosa national park has two main features: the koalas that can be found in the area and the amazing bird life. After all, with over 300 species of bird life, it is a major attraction for the world's birdwatching population to come and visit. In fact, there are books written and illustrated that detail the variety of bird life there. There are quite a few different birds you can see, with ongoing conservation efforts to help save the bird population.
